MAIN FEATURES

  1. Novel and unique structure, simple and reasonable design, stable operation, and low cost.
  2. The body of the cone crusher is made of cast steel, with stiffeners provided at high-stress points.
  3. The cone crusher is equipped with cone bearings at both ends. Power transmission is achieved through heavy-load gears, and the bearing seat adopts frame sealing to prevent lubricant leakage.
  4. The cone crusher is fitted with inner and outer copper bushings, one steel ball seat, and one ball copper. The dust seal ring in the ball seat is floated up by a spring, which enables adjustment during the crusher’s operation.
  5. The cone crusher features a hydraulic adjustment structure, facilitating the adjustment of discharge port size.
  6. The upper and lower frames are connected by several heavy-duty oil cylinders, ensuring good locking performance and easy cleaning.
  7. The cone crusher is equipped with “hydraulic nitrogen cylinder” release protection.
  8. The cone crusher is equipped with an external lubrication system consisting of an oil pump, oil tank, and pipelines. When the oil temperature is too high or the oil flow is too slow, the crusher will automatically shut down.

Project Location: Yuzhou, Xuchang City

Production: 3,000 tons per hour / 10 million tons per year

The Guotai Building Materials production line has an hourly output of 3,400 tons.
