In the golden autumn of October, with the fragrance of osmanthus blossoms filling the air, Xinjinshan’s 2025 Third Quarter Marketing Conference was solemnly held on October 10th. Company leaders and representatives from various sales regions and departments of the Marketing Center gathered together. Looking back on the past third quarter, we collectively experienced the complex changes in the market environment and the continued intensification of competition. It was under such challenges that all colleagues in the Marketing Center demonstrated extraordinary strategic resolve and efficient execution, working together to overcome difficulties and ultimately delivering a performance report that was both substantial and of high quality. This conference was not only a comprehensive review of past efforts and a high tribute to outstanding contributions, but also a solemn pledge to sprint towards the final annual goals.

Reviewing and Summarizing, Strengthening the Foundation

At the beginning of the meeting, the heads of each sales region and department gave their third-quarter work summaries, using data as a basis and problem-oriented approaches to comprehensively review work achievements and areas for improvement.

During the reporting process, each person in charge comprehensively reviewed the achievements of the third quarter, supported by data. This included highlighting the achievements in market expansion and customer service, as well as objectively analyzing current challenges and areas for improvement. This in-depth review not only allowed all members to clearly grasp the dynamics of each sector’s work, but also laid a solid foundation for subsequent cross-departmental collaboration and precise efforts, demonstrating the marketing team’s pragmatic style of “seeking truth from facts and targeting breakthroughs.”

Recognizing Excellence and Paying Tribute to Hard Work

During the third quarter’s market journey, a number of outstanding individuals emerged in the marketing center, demonstrating remarkable performance and a strong sense of responsibility. To set benchmarks and stimulate team vitality, the meeting included a special recognition session:

Sales Performance Award: Recognizing Manager Zhao of the Central China Region for his outstanding performance in market expansion, contributing significantly to the company’s revenue growth with a remarkable 195 million yuan in sales. His ability to overcome challenges and his fighting spirit in a complex market environment were affirmed.

Outstanding Individuals in Each Department: Focusing on different positions, employees who have been dedicated and innovative in brand building, back-office support, and pre-sales empowerment were recognized, highlighting the team’s philosophy that “every position is a cornerstone of performance.” The commendation ceremony not only recognized outstanding individuals but also ignited the passion of all members through the power of role models, injecting the team with a spirit of “striving for excellence and aiming for the top.”

Signing Responsibility Agreements

“A responsibility agreement is both a promise and a clarion call to action.” The atmosphere at the meeting was solemn and inspiring as the responsibility agreement signing ceremony took place. Sales regional directors took turns to the stage to solemnly sign their fourth-quarter responsibility agreements. Marketing Center Director Hu Zhenlin witnessed the entire process, each stroke of the pen symbolizing the team’s firm commitment to its goals—this responsibility agreement not only clarified the direction of efforts for the fourth quarter but also embodied the determination of all marketing personnel to “overcome difficulties and achieve the mission,” charting a clear path to achieve the annual goals.

Planning Before Action

Past achievements belong to the past; future progress requires even greater determination. Han Zhenfang, Deputy Director of the Marketing Center, outlined future work plans. As the core leader of the international trade sector, Mr. Han, considering the latest international market trends, put forward specific requirements from three dimensions: “deepening strategies in key international markets,” “cross-departmental collaboration mechanisms for cross-border business,” and “standardized upgrades to overseas customer service.” This not only provided directions for improvement in current international business expansion but also clarified execution standards for coordination and cooperation among various departments within the Marketing Center in cross-border business, laying a solid foundation for breakthroughs in the company’s international trade sector in the fourth quarter.

Subsequently, Hu Zhenlin, Director of the Marketing Center, based on the third quarter’s work review and market trends, formulated and deployed the fourth quarter’s marketing work plan. The plan, from the dimensions of market strategy optimization, customer service upgrades, and improved team collaboration mechanisms, outlined a “practical, executable, and traceable” operational blueprint for all members. It addressed current weaknesses and provided clear guidance for “seizing opportunities and striving for performance” in the fourth quarter, ensuring that every member clearly understood “why, how, and where to go.”

This meeting served not only as a systematic review of the third quarter’s marketing work but also as a full mobilization for the fourth quarter’s final push. From the review and summary to the commendation of outstanding performers, from signing agreements to tiered deployment, every step was closely aligned with the core goal of “sprinting towards the annual target,” embodying the determination and confidence of the Xinjinshan marketing team.

Going forward, all marketing personnel will take this meeting as a new starting point, transforming its spirit into concrete action: taking the advanced as benchmarks, the agreements as goals, and tiered deployment as guidance, we will demonstrate a sense of urgency and work together efficiently to sprint towards the annual marketing goals, adding new momentum to Xinjinshan’s high-quality development!
