Product Introduction
The mechanical sand size grading and classification categories of the system conform to the National Standard GB/T 14684-2011 Sand for Construction. The technical parameters of the sand are as follows:
- Stone powder content ≤10.0%;silt content ≤3.0%;clay lump content ≤1.0%.
- When the MB value of mechanical sand ≤1.4 or the rapid test is qualified, the stone powder content ≤10.0% and the clay lump content ≤1.0%.
- When the MB value of mechanical sand >1.4 or the rapid test is qualified, the stone powder content ≤3.0% and the clay lump content ≤1.0%.
- When the sulfate solution method is used for testing, the sand quality loss ≤8.0%;the maximum single-stage crushing index ≤25%.
- Apparent density of sand ≥2500kg/m³;loose bulk density ≥1400kg/m³;porosity ≤44%.

Project Description:
The Shenshan limestone mine's product plan is primarily building stone, supplemented by cement stone. A stone production line with an annual output of 70 million tons will be established, leveraging the Yangtze River's prime waterway. Finished building stone will be processed at the mine site and shipped via the Yangtze River for sale to the construction materials market in the Yangtze River Delta and downstream regions.

Production: 1000-1200 tons per hour
Project Description:
This project, using the Xinjinshan EPC general contracting method, will construct a 1200-ton-per-hour short-process sand and gravel production line with a single output. The entire production line will have a 7.5-kilometer long-distance conveying process and a construction period of six months. This will be an energy-saving, environmentally friendly, high-end, intelligent, green, and premium sand and gravel aggregate production line.
Henan Yuzhou Guotai Building Materials 3000TPH Premium Aggregate Production
Project Location: Yuzhou, Xuchang City
Production: 3,000 tons per hour / 10 million tons per year
Project Description:
The Guotai Building Materials production line has an hourly output of 3,400 tons. The two sides will also deepen their cooperation and expand their scope, jointly promoting the construction of a new building materials industrial park, and transforming the production line into a national green mining demonstration base, thereby promoting the development of the sand and gravel industry through concrete actions.
