Product Introduction

The mechanical sand size grading and classification categories of the system conform to the National Standard GB/T 14684-2011 Sand for Construction. The technical parameters of the sand are as follows:
  1. Stone powder content ≤10.0%；silt content ≤3.0%；clay lump content ≤1.0%.
  2. When the MB value of mechanical sand ≤1.4 or the rapid test is qualified, the stone powder content ≤10.0% and the clay lump content ≤1.0%.
  3. When the MB value of mechanical sand >1.4 or the rapid test is qualified, the stone powder content ≤3.0% and the clay lump content ≤1.0%.
  4. When the sulfate solution method is used for testing, the sand quality loss ≤8.0%；the maximum single-stage crushing index ≤25%.
  5. Apparent density of sand ≥2500kg/m³；loose bulk density ≥1400kg/m³；porosity ≤44%.

Project Location: Yuzhou, Xuchang City

Production: 3,000 tons per hour / 10 million tons per year

The Guotai Building Materials production line has an hourly output of 3,400 tons.
