Product Introduction
The jaw crusher is composed of a frame, movable and fixed jaw plates, side guard plates, transmission parts, adjustment device, flywheel, lubrication device, etc. Its working parts are the two jaw plates: one is the fixed jaw plate, which is vertically fixed on the front wall of the machine body; the other is the movable jaw plate, which is inclined and forms a “V”-shaped crushing chamber with the fixed jaw plate—wide at the top and narrow at the bottom. The movable jaw plate makes periodic reciprocating movements relative to the fixed jaw plate, sometimes separating and sometimes approaching. When separating, materials enter the crushing chamber and finished products are discharged from the bottom; when approaching, the materials between the two jaw plates are crushed by extrusion, bending, and splitting forces.
In the process of crushing large rocks into small ones, the first crusher is usually the “primary” crusher. A robust crusher for this purpose is the jaw crusher. When feeding materials into the jaw crusher, the materials are poured into the crushing chamber with jaw teeth from the top inlet. The jaw teeth push the materials against the chamber wall with great force, breaking them into smaller pieces.
Supporting the movement of the jaw teeth is an eccentric shaft, which runs through the machine frame. The eccentric motion is usually generated by flywheels fixed at both ends of the shaft. Spherical roller bearings are often used for the flywheels and eccentric support bearings, and these bearings must withstand huge impact loads, abrasive sewage, and high temperatures.

The Guotai Building Materials production line has an hourly output of 3,400 tons.
