Product Introduction

This is a high-performance crusher equipped with a vertical shaft, whose production capacity varies from 30 to 400 TPH depending on the model. It is suitable for crushing all types of minerals and also applicable to high-hardness materials. Each particle in the material rotates at high speed in the twin-cavity rotor and is then thrown to the fixed impact plate. The impact plate can consist of annular liners or a sand bed. The large-size design of the rotor and housing largely avoids clogging. Selecting an appropriate rotation speed can greatly influence and optimize the crushing effect. Relying on the rock self-impact crushing principle, wear can be reduced to an extremely low level. Therefore, this machine is also suitable for high-abrasion feed (such as gravel) or producing crushed sand using high-abrasion minerals. Even if wear occurs, the screening curve will not change.

  1. Equipment unit ready for immediate use: The machine body and power assembly are mounted on the base, forming a unit ready for installation. The large machine cover is hydraulically lifted and can rotate 360°, allowing unobstructed access.
  2. Reliable lubrication: The rotor impact crusher is supplied with a circulating oil lubrication system equipped with cooling and integrated monitoring. This enables low maintenance and high operational safety.
  3. Easy maintenance and high availability: All stress-bearing parts of the machine are protected by wear-resistant components that are easy to replace. The material of each component is optimized according to its intended use.
  4. Vibration dampers: Rubber elastic elements installed between the base and the machine body absorb vibrations generated during operation and eliminate their impact on the supporting structure. The electronic vibration monitor records excessive vibrations beyond the allowable range and triggers a shutdown.
