Product Introduction

The JSPF Impact Crusher is the latest generation of impact crushers. It is developed by absorbing advanced technologies at home and abroad, combined with the industrial and mining conditions of China’s sand and gravel industry.
 
It adopts the latest manufacturing technology and a unique structural design. Its finished aggregates are cube-shaped, free of tension and cracks. It can crush coarse, intermediate, and fine aggregates (such as granite, limestone, and concrete) with a feed size of less than 500mm and a compressive strength of less than 350MPa.
 
The JSPF Impact Crusher is widely used in industries including ore processing, railways, expressways, energy, cement, chemicals, and construction. Moreover, its discharging granularity is adjustable, enabling diversified crushing specifications.

Performance advantages

  1. The blow bars are made of high-chromium alloy material, featuring strong impact resistance and wear resistance, as well as low wear rate of machine parts.
  2. It is a new type of integral material crusher. For crushed materials, the proportion of polygonal particles is high while the proportion of needle-like and flaky particles is low. The finished products are cube-shaped, free of tension and cracks, with excellent particle shape, which is conducive to concrete bonding.
  3. Materials enter the first, second, and third chambers in sequence for repeated crushing, resulting in good material shape and longer service life of the crusher.

Project Description:

The Shenshan limestone mine's product plan is primarily building stone, supplemented by cement stone. Project Location: Yuzhou, Xuchang City

Production: 3,000 tons per hour / 10 million tons per year

The Guotai Building Materials production line has an hourly output of 3,400 tons. The two sides will also deepen their cooperation and expand their scope, jointly promoting the construction of a new building materials industrial park, and transforming the production line into a national green mining demonstration base, thereby promoting the development of the sand and gravel industry through concrete actions.
