Product Introduction
The gyratory crusher is one of the main pieces of equipment for coarse crushing of ores or rocks in industrial sectors such as metallurgy, building materials, chemical engineering, and hydropower. It features advantages including large crushing ratio, high production capacity, and uniform product particle size.
The gyratory crusher is composed of components such as the transmission part, machine base part, eccentric sleeve part, crushing cone part, middle frame part, beam part, prime mover part, oil cylinder part, pulley block part, electrical system, and dry oil & thin oil lubrication systems.
When the crusher is in operation, the motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the horizontal shaft and a pair of bevel gears. The axis line of the crushing cone makes a swirling motion under the impetus of the eccentric sleeve, causing the surface of the crushing wall to sometimes approach and sometimes move away from the surface of the fixed wall. As a result, the ore in the crushing chamber is continuously crushed by extrusion and bending forces, and the crushed materials are discharged from the bottom of the crushing chamber by their own weight.

Production: 3,000 tons per hour / 10 million tons per year
Project Description:
The Guotai Building Materials production line has an hourly output of 3,400 tons. The two sides will also deepen their cooperation and expand their scope, jointly promoting the construction of a new building materials industrial park, and transforming the production line into a national green mining demonstration base, thereby promoting the development of the sand and gravel industry through concrete actions.
