MAIN FEATURES
The CJL and CJS series cone crushers from SNKSAN Machinery have a very wide range of applications. By selecting the appropriate crushing chamber profile and eccentricity, they can easily adapt to different production requirements. Our cone crushers are ideal for secondary and tertiary crushing. Their compact structure and easy-to-maintain design also make them the first choice for mobile equipment.
SNKSAN series cone crushers provide automatic overload protection and can be equipped with the ASRi (Automatic Setting Regulation intelligent) system—a smart discharge port automatic adjustment system. This system improves the utilization rate of the cone crusher and automatically adapts to changes in feeding conditions. Through continuous testing and compensation for crusher liner wear, users can make full use of the crusher liners and easily formulate liner replacement and equipment maintenance plans. Additionally, the ASRi system helps users maintain full-chamber feeding of the crusher, maximizing laminated crushing. This is beneficial for improving crushing efficiency, product quality, and liner utilization rate.

The Shenshan limestone mine's product plan is primarily building stone, supplemented by cement stone. Project Description:
This project, using the Xinjinshan EPC general contracting method, will construct a 1200-ton-per-hour short-process sand and gravel production line with a single output. The entire production line will have a 7.5-kilometer long-distance conveying process and a construction period of six months. This will be an energy-saving, environmentally friendly, high-end, intelligent, green, and premium sand and gravel aggregate production line.
Henan Yuzhou Guotai Building Materials 3000TPH Premium Aggregate Production
Project Location: Yuzhou, Xuchang City
Production: 3,000 tons per hour / 10 million tons per year
Project Description:
The Guotai Building Materials production line has an hourly output of 3,400 tons. The two sides will also deepen their cooperation and expand their scope, jointly promoting the construction of a new building materials industrial park, and transforming the production line into a national green mining demonstration base, thereby promoting the development of the sand and gravel industry through concrete actions.
