Product Introduction

The accumulated screen residue of the 4.75mm mesh in the system’s mechanical sand size grading is 0. Except for the 4.75mm and 60μm meshes, the total excess value of accumulated screen residues for all other grades shall not exceed 5%.
 
  1. Stone powder content ≤10.0%；silt content ≤1.0%；clay lump content = 0%.
  2. When the MB value of mechanical sand ≤1.4 or the rapid test is qualified:
    • Stone powder content ≤10.0%
    • Clay lump content = 0%
  3. When the MB value of mechanical sand >1.4 or the rapid test is qualified:
    • Stone powder content ≤10%
    • Clay lump content = 0%
  4. When tested by the sulfate solution method:
    • Sand quality loss ≤8.0%
    • Maximum single-stage crushing index ≤20%
  5. Physical properties of sand:
    • Apparent density ≥2500kg/m³
    • Loose bulk density ≥1400kg/m³
    • Porosity ≤44%

Building Type Sand Making System

The tower-type sand making system adopts a highly integrated tower design, which is composed of a sand making module, a dust removal module, an intelligent loading module, etc. The sand making module is equipped with a sand making machine and a self-developed high-efficiency fully sealed screening equipment to accurately crush, shape and screen raw materials, which can effectively improve the particle shape of sand and stone and control the fineness modulus. The dust removal module is equipped with a pulse dust collector, which adopts negative pressure dust collection.

Separation control is conducted through the powder concentrator, and the system operates under negative pressure to realize green environmental protection. Each module is operated by remote centralized control to create green environmental protection products and realize intelligent manufacturing in the industry.
