Technological Advantages

Four-in-one horizontal platform sewage treatment system: functional area division, internal circulation treatment, reclaimed water reuse, with only 0.02t of supplementary water required per ton of sand and gravel.The system’s integrated design shortens the process flow and reduces processes and equipment. Raw materials can be directly processed in two stages to obtain 50% high-quality sand, and through three stages, 100% pure sand can be produced.Low comprehensive cost: Low comprehensive investment and low production cost (based on limestone standard line), with power consumption of 3.6kWh/ton.

Project Description:

The Shenshan limestone mine's product plan is primarily building stone, supplemented by cement stone. The entire production line will have a 7.5-kilometer long-distance conveying process and a construction period of six months. The Guotai Building Materials production line has an hourly output of 3,400 tons.
